What we are looking for

We’re looking for a Stock assistant, working across our entire Food and Beverage operation. The ideal person for this role will be highly self-motivated, an excellent communicator across department with a high level of organisational skills with an eye for detail.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our team of Holiday Hero’s, your role will be to ensure that our guests are always able to enjoy a full range of fresh and appealing products. This will be done through Assisting the F&B Stock Admin Manager with effective stock controls, stocktaking and stock on hand. This will include:

• Assisting in stocktaking – Ensuring stock areas are organised, clean and tidy with all areas stock rotated
• Ordering and Deliveries - checking off orders. Ensuring all deliveries are accepted with claims for credit raised as needed.
• Stock Movements – Assisting the Stock Admin Manager with stock movements and ensuring all movements are recorded accurately.
• And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times and eating and drinking goes on in into the night, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We have high standards! We’ll train you up, but you must have:

• Experience of a similar role
• Ability to communicate confidently
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Web Based systems.
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar or restaurant
