Take Away Delivery Driver/ Venue Cleaner

Location: Sandy Balls Holiday Village, The New Forest, Fordingbridge

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours of work: Part time variable hours- Evenings only 5pm-9pm

Must hold a full UK Driver's license

What we need in a nutshell

We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the move, takes pride in great customer service and has a keen eye for cleanliness. You'll play an important role in delivering takeaway food across the park and helping to keep our venues clean, tidy and welcoming for our guests.

What You'll be doing:

You'll help us deliver a fantastic guest experience by ensuring takeaway orders are delivered quickly, safely and with a smile. When deliveries are quiet, you'll support the team by maintaining high cleaning standards across our venues and facilities.

• Delivering takeaway food orders from our restaurant to guests staying across the park using a company van or golf buggy.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service when delivering orders to guests.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of delivery vehicles and equipment.
• Cleaning venue floors, tables, seating areas and other guest touchpoints.
• Cleaning and restocking guest and team toilet facilities as required.
• Sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces and carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain high standards.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or health and safety concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Helping us maintain the high standards we want our guests and owners to see every day.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:

• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well done.
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude – delightful when meeting guests and good at communicating within your team.
• Be reliable, organised and confident working independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and driving around the park during evening shifts.
