Leisure Receptionist

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire (LN4 4LR)

Pay rate: £11.44 / £12.21 per hour.

We are looking for Leisure Receptionists to work within our Sports & Leisure Team who will ensure that our guests get the best possible experience when using our facilities- which include a host of water-based activities, our fabulous aqua park, our wonderful pools, our bike hire fleet and our fun adventure golf. You will be working as part of a team, with your main responsibilities being the booking of all the available activities for our guests, assisting guests with enquiries and ensuring our Leisure Desk areas are tidy, presentable and welcoming.

The role requires a professional, but outgoing approach, always accompanied with enthusiasm and a passion to deliver fantastic guest satisfaction.

Specific requirements of successful candidate:

• Strong communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
• A friendly, calm, genuine and warm nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
• Proficient in I.T.
