What we need in a nutshell

We’re looking for an organised and customer-focussed coordinator to manage the process that allows our owners to sublet their holiday homes when they are not using them.

What you’ll be doing

As Sublet Coordinator you will be the key point of contact on the park for the owners who use our subletting service. This service enables holiday homeowners to let their accommodation through Away Resorts to holiday guests, helping the owners offset their annual running costs.

This includes:

·         Being the key point of contact for owners who sublet and looking after their interests.

·         Coordinating the subletting process and all the paperwork that goes with it.

·         Ensuring the brochures and forms are correct.

·         Introducing new owners to subletting and managing the process to get them onboard, including ordering inventory and completing paperwork.

·         Liaising with other departments about maintenance, bookings, new sublets etc.

·         Developing and implementing owners’ benefits packages.

·         Working to increase sales through engaging with owners and highlighting opportunities to them.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our owners and our guests and to do this as Sublet Coordinator you will need:

·         Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel

·         Complaints-handling and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         The ability to work unsupervised and under pressure and assess and appropriately delegate tasks

·         Organisational skills and a good eye for detail

It’s the icing on the cake, but not essential, if you have holiday park experience, preferably in sublets.
