Touring & Facilities Cleaning Team Leader

Hours of work:  Various shifts, Seasonal

Salary: £12.60 per hour - Paid Weekly

We want our touring guests’ facilities to be so clean that it sparkles.  So clean that when guests walk through the doors, we can hear them say “Wow!”

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of our slightly bonkers team of holiday heroes, you will be leading a team of cleaners to prepare our facilities to our high, high standards – and then a little bit higher! This includes thoroughly cleaning our shower blocks and commercial areas.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. As long as you’re happy to help even when it’s ‘not your job,’ you’re our sort of person.

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We’ll provide training, but you must:

  • Have an awareness of what clean means – which includes attention to detail and getting a genuine thrill from a job well-done
  • Have a friendly and helpful attitude - delightful when you meet guests and good at communicating within your team.
  • Be open to learning – experience isn’t as important as eagerness to learn
  • Be willing to turn your hand to anything – guests come first, so you need to be alert to their needs and ready to help

Nice to have but not essential

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t).

  • Experience of cleaning
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Experience in the hospitality sector
