What we need in a nutshell
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Finance Business Partnering to join our Central Support team in Hemel Hempstead. You’ll play a key role in helping our operational and central support teams understand business performance, identify opportunities and make confident commercial decisions.
Leading our Finance Business Partners, you’ll turn financial data into meaningful insights that help drive performance across our parks and the wider business. From analysing revenue and margins to supporting budgets, forecasts and exciting new commercial initiatives, you’ll help us understand what’s working, where we can improve and how we can continue to grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader who enjoys working collaboratively, challenging the status quo and making a real difference to business performance.
Who are we?
We’re an ambitious bunch and have huge aspirations. We’ve spent the last 17 years shaking up the Great British Holiday and have no intention of stopping yet! With 27 locations across the UK, we are passionate about providing excellent experiences to our guests and colleagues. Whether that be on the Cornish Coastline or up in Scotland, there’s something for everyone.

Lead monthly performance reviews, supporting teams to understand the key drivers behind their results and identify opportunities to improve.
Develop consistent reporting, KPI dashboards and analysis to give our operational teams better visibility of business performance, making use of tools such as Power BI and AI where appropriate.
Support pricing, occupancy, yield and capital investment decisions, including opportunities involving new pitches, lodges and park acquisitions.
Work closely with our FP&A team on monthly reporting, annual budgets and our three-year plan.
Evaluate new commercial initiatives, helping the business understand their financial impact and make informed decisions.
Collaborate with Finance leadership to simplify and streamline processes, reduce duplicated activities and improve how we support the wider business.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and ways of working, helping create a more efficient and commercially focused Finance function.
Skills, experience, and qualities you'll need
You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong track record in commercial finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Experience working within a multi-site, leisure, hospitality or consumer-focused business.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the drivers behind revenue, costs, margins and overall business performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain complex financial information clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to constructively challenge non-finance colleagues and work collaboratively to find solutions.
An inquisitive and analytical approach, with a genuine interest in understanding how the business operates and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop a team, manage competing priorities and support colleagues to deliver their best work.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and analysis.
