We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Tattershall lakes’ Water Sports team. You’ll oversee a range of water activities on our 70-acre water ski lake such as our brand-new Aqua Park, Paddleboarding, Kayaking and Canoeing.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervision of our guests while Paddle Boarding, Kayaking and Canoeing on our vast beautiful lakes.
• You will be enthusiastically engaging with our guests, helping them create long lasting holiday memories.
• Ensuring Health & Safety policies & procedures are being complied with.
• Delivering our safety briefings.
• Keeping up to date with all required training.

Specific requirements of successful candidate:

• Open Water Lifeguard – Desired but not essential as training is available.
• Good level of fitness / swimming skills.
• Strong communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
• A friendly, calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively.
• Current Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) - Desired but not essential as training is available.
