What you will be doing

Reporting to the Hot Tub Manager, you’ll be overseeing the team who prepare and clean our guest hot tubs. This will include:

• Managing and motivating your team to prepare hot tubs to high standards, including cleaning and resolving problems
• Checking hot tubs and other areas of cleaning meet or exceed our standards
• Working together with your team, your manager, and the wider park team to ensure our guests have the perfect holiday
• Keeping paperwork up to date, including repair and maintenance requests, complaints, and accidents.
• Take the lead when manager not onsite

Nice to have but not essential

It would be great if you tick some of these boxes too (but we won’t hold it against you if you don’t).

• Experience of hot tub operation and servicing.
• Experience in the hospitality sector

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.
