About the role

We are looking for team leaders to join us in our Spitfire, Bar 49 and Outdoor Catering departments

The Spitfire Bar and Restaurant is the buzzing heart of the action—our largest and liveliest venue, serving up to 1,500 guests a day during peak times! With a fresh, made-in-house menu full of hearty pub classics, we keep the energy high from morning breakfast to late-night bites. But Spitfire is more than just great food—it’s a full-on entertainment hotspot, hosting bingo, live shows, and late-night fun. Fast-paced, vibrant, and always packed with personality, it’s the perfect place to work if you thrive in the hustle and love being where the buzz is!

Outdoor catering is the flavour and fun behind unforgettable holidays—fast-paced, ever-changing, and full of energy. From ice cream kiosks and Dirty Fries to mobile bars and seasonal shows, we add the sparkle to every guest experience. And in 2025, we’re launching a bold new concept: a 60ft shipping container hub bringing together our top outlets in one epic destination!

Bar 49 is our stunning open-air lakeside cocktail venue, serving handcrafted drinks in a setting that rivals Ibiza. With unbeatable views, live DJ sets, and a vibrant summer vibe, it's the ultimate place to work if you love energy, style, and delivering premium guest experiences. We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly team members who are passionate about great service and thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. Whether you’re shaking cocktails, serving guests, or soaking up the buzz—Bar 49 offers a job like no other.

Experience is not necessary but preferred, full training will be provided.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

What you will be doing

We need someone who understands that a first-class guest experience is an essential part of their stay at Tattershall Lakes. Here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Generally making sure everybody is having a great time.
• Ensuring team are all looking after our guests.
• Cashing up at the end of shifts.
• Opening up or closing down of the facility.
• Ensuring restocking at the end of a shift.
• Helping to move deliveries and high volumes of stock
• Complying with all the legal requirements.

And who knows what else you may find yourself doing. If you are happy to help even when it is ‘not your job,’ you are our sort of person.

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:

• Have customer service experience and skills.
• Relish the fast pace of a busy bar.
• Must be over 18 due to licensing laws.
• Be someone who does things without needing to be asked.
• Be a people person; easy to talk to and never happy until your guests are.
• Have experience of working in a team

• Experience of working in a bar, restaurant, or pub
• Experience of working in the holiday sector
• Experience managing a team
