Senior Spa Therapist

Location: Kenwick Park, Louth, Lincolnshire

Hours of work: 40 hours per week - some evenings & weekends required

Salary: £29,494 per year

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Spa Therpist with a Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, who can support the Spa Manager in leading our team and delivering exceptional guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

In your capable hands, beauty treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:

• Carrying out a range of beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness

• Leading by example on guest experience, brand standards, and professionalism

• Ensuring the Beauty Retreat is clean, well presented and welcoming

• Helping to grow the spa's reputation and performance across peak periods

• Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions

• Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Contributing ideas to improve service delivery and profitability

Skills and Experience Needed:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, with experience in Massage, Facials, and Body treatments

• Strong customer service and team communication skills

• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to sales targets, retail growth, and treatment bookings

• Experience in using spa booking systems and handling transactions

• A calm, confident, team-oriented approach with a desire to deliver high standards

• A passion for wellness and the spa industry

• Experience with brands like ELEMIS or Dermalogica is an advantage, but training is available

• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays—because holidays happen at holiday times!
