Curriculum Lead in Early Years

£35,500 Per Annum

37 Hours Per Week Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

You may currently be working as a senior practitioner, nursery manager, or early years leader within a setting, already taking responsibility for staff development, curriculum planning, and maintaining high standards of practice. Alternatively, you could be an experienced FE lecturer or course leader delivering Early Years programmes and now looking to progress into a role with greater responsibility and impact.

You are someone who understands what outstanding teaching, learning and assessment looks like, and you’re already supporting others—whether that’s mentoring colleagues, leading a team, or contributing to curriculum development. You’re confident using data to monitor performance, improve outcomes, and drive quality across provision.

In your current role, you are likely leading or contributing to programme delivery, ensuring learners achieve their full potential, and maintaining strong links with industry to keep provision relevant and engaging. You are passionate about developing both learners and staff, and thrive in a role where you can influence, guide and improve practice.

This is an opportunity to bring your expertise into a leadership position where you will shape the delivery of Early Years provision, support a team of staff, and play a key role in driving high-quality outcomes for students.

If you are ambitious, motivated, and ready to lead, we would love to hear from you.
