37 Hours per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm, Friday 8.30-4.30pm.

You might currently be working as a Head of Department, Curriculum Manager, Programme Lead, or Faculty Manager in a college or university — someone already championing teaching excellence, leading curriculum innovation, and ensuring learners receive an outstanding experience. Perhaps you're operating within a Further Education or Higher Education environment, successfully managing teams, budgets, and performance, and now seeking a strategic leadership opportunity where you can influence a whole faculty.

Whether you're currently based within a specialist college, a general FE provider, a university, or a multi-site education setting, you're someone who understands the evolving skills landscape and is passionate about responding to local, regional, and national priorities.
