Due to a continued rise in student numbers within our Foundation department, we are expanding our team to ensure we maintain the high-quality teaching and learning that our learners deserve. As our cohort grows, this new role is essential in providing outstanding support, engaging delivery, and a positive learning experience for every student.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping young people develop their confidence, skills, and independence. You may currently be working as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Instructor, or Tutor within a school, college, or specialist provision. You might be supporting SEND learners, delivering small-group sessions, working in alternative provision, or already teaching within a foundation learning or entry-level curriculum.
