Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday 08:30-13:00 with flexibility around start time

About the Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly people-person to provide a reception service as the public face and voice of Brendoncare’s Central Office and the first point of contact for all visitors, as well as providing administrative support and office services.
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour
- Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, respectful and efficient manner, directing calls and taking messages as required.
- Distribute incoming post/deliveries and ensure outgoing post is franked and taken to the local post office each day
- Organise room bookings, including equipment and catering
- Maintain adequate stationery and catering supplies for the office
- Undertake bulk photocopying or bulk mailings as required
- Provide general administrative assistance to colleagues
Essential Criteria
- Previous administration experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
- Ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment and meet deadlines
