Job Purpose:

To provide day to day admin support to site management team. Acting as a point of contact for site customer queries and bookings.

Main Responsibilities

Provide central administrative support, undertaking general office duties, post, filing, arranging meetings and maintaining distribution lists. Undertaking photocopying and scanning for the department in a timely and efficient manner as required. Preparing and organising paperwork including financial documents.

Review documentation to ensure compliance to Brio processes.

Use company software to undertake system admin tasks and provide support to reception team in its operation.

Support the events team to assist with the booking of hireable spaces, including centre tours and responding to booking enquiries, as well as communicating booking information to relevant colleagues.

To ensure all incoming queries via a range of channels including but not limited to email, phone, in person and social media, are dealt with promptly and correctly.

Within this role you may be dealing with matters of a confidential and/or sensitive nature. The post holder will be required to direct and/or re-direct queries as required to ensure that they are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner, as well as undertaking Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks with new and existing members of the Brio Leisure team.

To support the reception team and provide reception cover during periods of illness/ or annual leave.

Prepare reports on company systems, expenses and invoices.

To support the debt monitoring and stock management processes, including production of reports and supporting documentation.

To carry out any other relevant duties as required within the scope of the post.
