What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Support & Incident Management

  • Respond to incidents via web portal, email, monitoring platform, or phone
  • Troubleshoot and escalate tickets as needed, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist in quality control

Technical Troubleshooting & Development

  • Diagnose and resolve issues across Cisco and Palo Alto technologies
  • Work on routing, switching, and security configurations
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical cases
  • Continuously develop your skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong routing and switching knowledge (CCNA or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Experience with event monitoring platforms
  • Passion for technology and a proactive learning mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience with Palo Alto security configurations (PCCSA or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Cisco security products (ASA, ISE, FirePower)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
