What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Support & Incident Management
- Respond to incidents via web portal, email, monitoring platform, or phone
- Troubleshoot and escalate tickets as needed, ensuring SLAs are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in quality control
Technical Troubleshooting & Development
- Diagnose and resolve issues across Cisco and Palo Alto technologies
- Work on routing, switching, and security configurations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical cases
- Continuously develop your skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong routing and switching knowledge (CCNA or equivalent experience preferred)
- Experience with event monitoring platforms
- Passion for technology and a proactive learning mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Palo Alto security configurations (PCCSA or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Cisco security products (ASA, ISE, FirePower)
- ITIL Foundation certification
