Overview:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will play a crucial role in managing company-wide data for business reporting, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insights that drive informed decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for overseeing all data sources and data management practices, ensuring the accuracy of reporting, and establishing a single source of truth for the business. The BI Manager will design and manage dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure that the links between data in existing systems (SAP, Salesforce, Autotask and Access) and future systems, are properly aligned. Additionally, this role will be pivotal in enforcing data security, governance, and validation standards. As a key part of Project Phoenix, the BI Manager will also play a vital role in all aspects of reporting, identifying cross-functional synergies, and supporting data migration efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new integrated system.

Candidates should have a track record of working in a high-performing environment, coupled with a strong ability to connect technology with business strategy, additionally while the role does not carry any line management responsibility candidates will be expected to motivate, inspire and mentor a team of IT professionals.

They should be skilled at advising both business stakeholders and team members while maintaining a solid technical foundation for collaborating with internal and external partners. Overview:

As the EAL Onsite Engineer, your primary role will be to support, at least one of our Flagship customers and their Network Environment. You will be operating on site and dealing with key stakeholder’s face to face whilst also reporting back to the CAE NOC and ensuring that common practices are upheld, and processes followed.

This role requires strong skills across routing, switching, and security, ideally within service provider technology experience.

Reporting to the Head of HR & Recruitment, this position will work closely with the People Services function leads (Core HR, L&D, Reward and Remuneration and Employee Experience and Comms), providing quality administration support within a fast-paced environment. You will lead the Company’s buddy process, ensuring there are enough trained buddy’s across the Company, and that all new starters have the correct right to work in place.

Overview:

The role of the Senior Engineer is to provide the implementation of technical solutions and services to CAE’s customers. This will include the production and handover of technical documentation to customers and/or Managed Services teams.

You will work closely with PMO and presales, taking ownership of the delivery of technical solutions on a project basis, in the most effective manner possible, whilst putting customer services at the forefront of your work. Including but not limited to wireless surveys, desktop support, racking, stacking and configuration of kit and other project tasks within your skill set.

This role will initially be aligned to a Southampton based project so the successful candidate must be within commutable distance of Southampton. Occasional travel to other sites will be on an ad-hoc basis, subject to business needs
