The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager will play a crucial role in managing company-wide data for business reporting, ensuring data integrity, and delivering insights that drive informed decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for overseeing all data sources and data management practices, ensuring the accuracy of reporting, and establishing a single source of truth for the business. The BI Manager will design and manage dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure that the links between data in existing systems (SAP, Salesforce, Autotask and Access) and future systems, are properly aligned. As the EAL Onsite Engineer, your primary role will be to support, at least one of our Flagship customers and their Network Environment. Overview:
The role of the Senior Engineer is to provide the implementation of technical solutions and services to CAE’s customers. This will include the production and handover of technical documentation to customers and/or Managed Services teams.
You will work closely with PMO and presales, taking ownership of the delivery of technical solutions on a project basis, in the most effective manner possible, whilst putting customer services at the forefront of your work. Including but not limited to wireless surveys, desktop support, racking, stacking and configuration of kit and other project tasks within your skill set.
This role will initially be aligned to a Southampton based project so the successful candidate must be within commutable distance of Southampton. Occasional travel to other sites will be on an ad-hoc basis, subject to business needs
