Overview:
The CAE Project Management Office is a thriving and ever-growing environment catering presales engagements and projects for the delivery of Professional Services for IT Networks, Infrastructure and Systems.
You will own and coordinate the end to end process for PS presales and installation engagements, providing a service to the account management teams and our customers. The role involves planning and managing projects typically ranging from time and materials engagements of less than 5 days duration to small works projects typically up to between 5 - 20 days duration, this is to include scheduling.
This will include becoming a key customer contact; understanding requirements; the allocation of suitable resources; and producing all associated documentation. Using a ticketing system, you will manage requests and communication whilst working within defined KPIs, OLAs and SLAs. You will ensure adherence to internal quality and cost objectives and your work will be driven by a customer services mentality.
In addition, you will be enlisted to provide administrative assistance to project and programme managers on larger scale deployments and ensuring that appropriate project governance and controls are adhered to and maintained.

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee many of the key functions within CAE's Service Department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to contract customers, whilst ensuring Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.
You will own the CAE performance of the contracts under their remit, working closely with the Service Desk / NOC to drive service improvement and increase contract profitability.
Leading a Service Delivery POD, this position is a managerial and customer facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the Service Delivery team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.
As the Service Delivery Manage, you will own your own portfolio of accounts whilst supporting your team in the delivery of the Service Management outputs to a wider portfolio of customers. The SDM will retain ownership of Service Deliverables across all customers within their POD.
The Service Delivery Manager will manage embedded Service Desk teams in nominated customers and will own service performance and service improvement.

The Solutions Architect will provide field-based presales engagement on sales opportunities and bid proposals for a specific technology pillar.
They will be expected to engage with customers to understand their infrastructure along with their business operation model and will work with the customer in advising, architecting, planning and modelling future technology and operational designs that will transform their business.
They will own the technical designs and responses required for all selected bids or required proposals allocated to them.
They will be required to attend customer site to gather information, present designs and run workshops to better understand, inform and test customer requirements.
This is a customer facing role requiring flexibility to travel.
