The Role

As Assistant Management Accountant, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller, assisting with the preparations of the monthly Management Accounts, including P&L analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliations, variance to budget commentary.

What you will be doing?

The main duties and responsibilities of the role shall include:

  • Assist with the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts and variance analysis commentary to Budget and Prior Year
  • Preparing and posting journals for various Accruals & Prepayments
  • Performing Commission calculations for review and preparing commission statements for circulation to the Sales Teams
  • Assisting with processing Supplier payments and incoming receipts on SAP
  • Monthly reporting for Capex and Intrastat
  • Understanding the nominal ledger and invoice coding procedures
  • Creating departmental packs with variance analysis to budget with commentary for department manager review
  • Assist with continuous improvement projects in the Finance team
  • Assist the Financial Controller as necessary

What is needed?

CAE is currently looking for an Internal Account Manager. As the IAM, you will be supporting our sales account managers in the day to day running of customer accounts, providing excellent customer service and handling any issues that may arise in a proactive and timely manner. The role will also include sourcing hardware, software and services which will provide technical solutions to customers.

What you will be doing?

  • Dedicated to up to 3 Salespersons
  • Acting as the escalation point for customers
  • Handling correspondence between account managers and their customers;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customer accounts
  • Identify problem areas and collaborate with other departments to improve the customer's experience
  • Working with CX team assisting with renewals for pricing and quoting.
  • Keeping record of sales;
  • Liaising with distribution contacts for pricing, availability and delivery schedules;
  • Taking, progressing and monitoring orders, from quote through to delivery;
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers;
  • Manage Open Quote reports

The Role

As a Team Leader, you will be part of a 24*7 Event Management team that triages, troubleshoots and resolves both routine and complex issues in a timely and efficient manner for our contracted customer base. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality service delivery with maximum operational performance, and to ensure support steps are in place to develop and support current and future standards. The role will be a 24/7 shift pattern, 4 days on 4 days off - a mixture of nights and days.

What you will be doing?

The main duties and responsibilities of the role shall include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Analysts working on a shift rotation
  • Ensuring the team are following best practice for incident, problem, service and change request management as outlined in The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Oversight of team tasks including investigation, troubleshooting, diagnoses, resolution and recovery to minimise impact to customers
  • Auditing the Analysts calls and tickets for quality assurance and providing feedback / coaching on same
  • Driving a culture of Customer Excellence and Continual Service Improvement within the team
  • Identifying, developing, communicating, and implementing process changes within the operation
  • Acting as a point of escalation for the team
  • Acting as a point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders as required
  • Participating in the recruitment and on-boarding of employees.

As NOC Analyst, your primary role within the NOC is to deliver a world class customer service and to support our customers through CAE’s Incident, Change, Event, and Service Fulfilment Management processes. This is a technical, hands on role where a commitment to personal development is a must.

The Role

As NOC Engineer your primary role will be to support one of our Flagship customers and their Network Environment. You will be operating on site and dealing with key stakeholder’s face to face whilst also reporting back to the CAE NOC and ensuring that common practices are upheld, and processes followed.

This role requires strong skills across routing, switching, and security, ideally with service provider technology experience. As a Network Engineer you will also be exposed to, and required to troubleshoot on, a range of technology areas focused primarily within Cisco.

What you will be doing?

The main duties and responsibilities of the role shall include:

  • Excellent ticket handling skills with the ability to work across multiple ITSM platforms and ensure both are updated throughout the ticket lifecycle
  • Follow and execute best practice for incident, problem, event, service and change request management as outlined in the CAE Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Commitment to improve professional and technical knowledge
  • Development of Internal systems and process to improve the support operations
  • Undertake personal accreditations as required by the company as part of an agreed training plan.
  • Participation in an on-call rota for escalation from level 1/2 NOC
