Overview:

The role of Internal Sales Lead is to help support the ongoing demands within the Internal Sales function while handling the day-to-day operations of a CAE office(s) outside of the HQ.  This role’s primary function is to help Sales with the daily running of customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, handling any account related issues that may arise in a timely and cost-effective manner.  With the expectation to wear multiple hats, the Internal Sales Lead will be the first point of escalation for the Internal Account Manager’s as well as the point of contact for the daily office operations.

The role of the Senior Engineer is to provide the implementation of technical solutions and services to CAE’s customers, across the UK. This will include the production and handover of all related technical documentation to customers and/or Managed Services teams.
