Overview:

As part of the wider Professional Services team, your primary role will be within the configuration division based at CAE’s head office in Hemel Hempstead.

This role requires a varied skillset to handle pre-deployment configuration tasks for all technical areas such as desktop, server, networking, and storage.  The roll is primarily focused on hardware and imaging services but will also include project related tasks as part of roll out phases. You will work closely with the PMO team to provide engineering resources to larger projects.

This role also offers the opportunity to work directly with customers and the PMO team in assisting with project related task such as predictive wireless surveys, desktop support, racking and stacking of kit and other tasks within your skill set.

Overview:

The role of the Senior Data Centre Consultant is to provide expert design and deployment of technical solutions and services to CAE’s customers. Working with our presales and PMO teams, the Senior Consultant takes ownership of the design and delivery of technical solutions within our UK-wide client base.

This role will include extensive UK-wide travel to customer sites and some out of hours work as dictated by the requirements of assigned projects. The successful candidate therefore must be comfortable with working unsociable hours, long-distance driving and be willing to stay away from home when required. The role may include secondment onto customer sites for longer term contracts for BAU / support activities and project work.

Overview:

As the Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide field-based presales engagement on sales opportunities and bid proposals for a specific technology pillar.

You will be expected to engage with customers to understand their infrastructure along with their business operation model and will work with the customer in advising, architecting, planning and modelling future technology and operational designs that will transform their business.

You will own the technical designs and responses required for all selected bids or required proposals allocated to them.

You will be required to attend customer site to gather information, present designs and run workshops to better understand, inform and test customer requirements.

This is a customer facing role requiring flexibility to travel.
