We are recruiting for a Consultant.

 

The role of the Consultant is to provide expert design and deployment of technical solutions and services to CAE’s customers.

 

Working with our presales and PMO teams, the consultant takes ownership of the delivery of technical solutions within our UK-wide client base.

 

This role will include extensive UK-wide travel to customer sites and some out of hours work as dictated by the requirements of assigned projects. The successful candidate therefore must be comfortable with working unsociable hours, long-distance driving and be willing to stay away from home when required.

 

The role may include secondment onto customer sites for longer term contracts for BAU / support activities and project work.

Overview:

We are recruiting for a Project Manager based in Cambridgeshire.

CAE is seeking a Project Manager to work full-time on-site with one of our customers.

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Datacentre and ICT Projects at the customer site in the delivery of wide-ranging IT based projects for the Scientific Institute.  The PM will run circa 10 projects on behalf of the departmental heads delivering an IT based projects. These will range from computer hardware, storage infrastructure and networking to on campus collaboration. The PM will engage the associated project stake holders to capture the requirements and expectations and work with the institutes suppliers and providers to coordinate and manage their successful delivery and integration.

Responsibilities will include resourcing, budgets, implementation, tracking project deliverables, implementing and managing project changes, risk issues and interventions to achieve project outputs.

We are recruiting for a Senior Solutions Architect.

 

The Senior Solutions Architect will provide field-based presales engagement on sales opportunities and bid proposals for a specific technology pillar.

 

They will be expected to provide the lead role in engaging with customers to understand their infrastructure along with their business operation model and will work with the customer in advising, architecting, planning and modelling future technology and operational designs that will transform their business.

 

They will own the technical designs and responses required for all selected bids or required proposals allocated to them.

 

They will be required to attend customer site to gather information, present designs and run workshops to better understand, inform and test customer requirements.

 

This is a customer facing role requiring flexibility to travel.
