We are looking for a motivated and passionate people person with creative ideas and a strong understanding of gardening and all things outdoors; to develop our Social Garden, and Land Based Opportunities across our two Gloucestershire Communities near Newnham On Severn.

You will ideally have experience of working with people with support needs and have previously managed a team. The new post holder will need to have excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure we deliver consistent high-quality activities and also demonstrate strong networking skills to promote our services to the wider community. This is primarily a development role and will include some hands-on session delivery, it is essential you have good computer skills as you will be required to write reports, proposals and assessments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with the drive to develop new initiatives and deliver projects in a rural care-based setting.
