ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as Senior Paid Media Executive.

This role will support with the management of Center Parcs’ media buying for the UK and leading it for Ireland.  Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will progress the collaborative approach throughout the Sales & Marketing team to deliver against targets for a wide media mix.  This will involve media channels such as AV, cinema, OOH, print, radio, digital, video on demand, paid social media, display, partnerships and more.

Working closely with our media agencies (and other agencies when required), you will be responsible for supporting the Paid Media Manager in driving forward the media strategy in line with targets and objectives and devise campaign plans for both the UK and Ireland throughout the year.  You will also ensure that all media channels are continuing to improve and take advantage of any appropriate new innovations.

This is a data driven role, where you will use multiple points of data such as Google and Adobe Analytics, along with econometric modelling, attribution, brand tracking and campaign reports to provide insights to continually improve all the key metrics associated with these channels.

You will also be required to consider the long-term aspirations of the brand and work closely with the brand team to ensure that any creative that is going live across the channels we manage, has the brand in mind along with commercial objectives.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week).  Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest end time is 7pm. 

Please note, this role will be hybrid with an average of 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to maximise performance
  • Degree level education in marketing and/or an analytical related subject
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a good standard of English and ability to proof read
  • Experience with managing multiple media channels (e.g. TV, radio, cinema, display, VOD etc)
  • Project management experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience managing agencies, and presenting to a range of audiences up to director level

Desirable requirements:

  • Some working knowledge of cross channel attribution tools and analysis
  • Experience with digital display and programmatic buying would be a strong advantage
  • Experience within a leisure or travel environment preferred
