SENIOR BRAND MANAGER – ON VILLAGE | £64,000 per annum plus 18% bonus scheme

Hybrid role with both office and home-working.  Travel to different villages as a minimum once a month will be required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand Marketing team as Senior Brand Manager – On Village.  Reporting directly to the Director of Brand and Marketing Strategy, you will have overall responsibility for maintaining and developing our on-village brands, working in collaboration with our colleagues in Operations (who have revenue & profitability accountability) and Development.  You will have considerable influencing and relationship management skills and experience to leverage the support and expertise of the various head office functional areas and villages to achieve our ambitions and required brand standards for Center Parcs.

You will be responsible for how the Center Parcs brand comes to life throughout the on-village guest journey including accommodation, leisure, food, beverage, retail, and seasonal product offering to make sure it is reflective of the overall Center Parcs brand.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Research Manager, the Operations Divisional Directors and Development team, you will ensure that we deliver consistently to enhance the Center Parcs brand reputation and appeal.

As an experienced senior marketer, you will be equally confident building a brand or product, based on guest insight and comfortable influencing action at a guest facing level.  Working with Divisional and Village Directors, you will provide clear guidelines and understanding around brand values and standards to help ensure that our product and proposition is developed and marketed to maximise brand appeal.   This will include overseeing the branding of the existing product portfolio and how it is presented on village as well as guiding new product development from a brand perspective and working across Sales & Marketing to launch new innovations successfully to our guests.
