Location: Covent Garden, London/Online
Salary: £38.72 per hour, inclusive of pro rata holiday entitlement and preparation time.
Hours: Variable depending on course programming
About the role
Are you a dynamic and creative recorder tutor? Then join our Music department, helping to bring together people across the capital and beyond and to enrich lives through learning.
We are seeking tutors who can teach Recorders (F & C instruments) and recorder ensembles to join our pool of deputy teachers providing cover when regular tutors are not available.
In particular we are looking for a tutor to cover some sessions of the courses this term on Wednesdays on the following dates:
- 17 September 2025
- 24 September 2025
- 1 October 2025
- 12 November 2025

- A qualification and/or equivalent experience relevant to the subject being taught.
- Up to date knowledge and enthusiasm and interest for the subject.
- Experience of teaching adults in a relevant area.

- Understanding and experience of promoting equality and diversity, safeguarding, health and safety as appropriate to the role.
