Lounge Manager
JOB SUMMARY
We are currently looking for a passionate Lounge manager with event hosting experience to join our Retail Operation Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
o 2yrs or more previous bar management experience
o Personal licence holder
o Proficient in Microsoft office package
o Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing
o Experience in delivering high- end events within a new location
o Strong customer focus and the ability to cultivate trusted relationships
o Exceptional organisational skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruitment and training of front -of-house team
· Stock management
· Act as the primary customer contact, building trusted, long- lasting relationships, ensure all client needs are understood and exceeded.
· People management
· Achieving targets as set by HOD
· Financial reporting
· Managing staff Rota
· Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/bank holidays)
· Demonstrate leadership and motivation of others.
· Working with sales team to maximize event boking opportunity
· Working with suppliers on menu change
· Working with external events coordinator
· Managing external contractors (cleaning, security)
