What’s in the role and what are we looking for?
We have an exciting opening for 2 x Junior Asset Co-ordinators to join our growing Creative team based in Altrincham.
This role combines creative retouching and image preparation to support the business. Your main responsibility will be the creation of image assets for use across digital channels (website & marketplaces), as well as offering additional support to our internal repro team in image retouching.
The aim is to ensure all imagery is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards, providing a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- To work within the team to collate the images for use across our digital channels.
- Support the Team leader in the production of photography for online.
- Formulating the images to the required sizes for each channel.
- Recode and upload the images to internal systems following the set guidelines.
- Maintaining the hierarchy of web images on product pages and Marketing place based on the current rulings.
- Retouching and correcting image imperfections.
- Edit videos for product pages as required.
- Changing the colour of products to match fabric swatches.
- Ensure assets are produced with precision and consistency across all platforms.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with Creative, Buying & Marketing teams
- Ensure schedules and required timescales are met.
- Be commercially aware and customer focused.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Have experience in using Creative software packages (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, Video editing software) plus Microsoft Office and a good aptitude for learning new software.
- Photoshop skills with a knowledge of retouching techniques would be an advantage.
- Understanding or experience in an Asset Management system would be useful, but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Be accurate and have an excellent eye for detail and visual consistency.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet schedules.
- Be highly motivated and work well as a team.
