Purpose of the role:

You will join our Early Careers Development team, providing administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of learner communications, documentation, and operational processes. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, supporting advisory activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Early Careers function. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Careers team, ensuring effective coordination of learner communications and accurate documentation management.
  • Maintain and regularly update key trackers and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and timely sharing with relevant stakeholders and trainees.
  • Communicate updates and changes clearly and promptly within the team to support smooth operations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Early Careers events and activities, including venue/room bookings, managing invitations, and preparing event materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently, particularly during periods of high activity or shifting priorities.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, adhering to data protection and privacy standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by supporting discussions around existing processes, suggesting enhancements, and supporting the implementation of new ways of working.

Technical skills, experience & knowledge:

  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience of working within professional services is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ethical approach to managing data, always exercising discretion and confidentiality.
  • Driven and focused approach on delivering the best results with a sense of purpose.
