This role is a fixed term contract of 12 Months 

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team as maternity cover for 12 months, providing a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual looking to progress their career with a recognised brand, in the business-to-business professional services market.

This full-time role reports to the Senior Marketing Lead for Industries and will involve supporting the delivery of marketing programmes aligned to the firm’s strategy. The ideal candidate will be required to be in the office a minimum three days a week.

Candidates will need some business-to-business professional services marketing background, preferably within accountancy. If you are comfortable working across all areas of the marketing mix, can work to tight deadlines and have a delivery focused ‘can do’ approach, this is the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate will be supporting marketing initiatives and projects across a broad range of industries and service lines as required. The marketing team is predominantly based in Crowe’s London office but collaborates nationally across all offices. Travel to other offices will be required depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
  • Develop an awareness and understanding of the firms’ sectors and service lines with a view to:
    • edit and curate content for the website and write and generate new material to ensure it remains up to date
  • conduct relevant client and competitor intelligence
  • identify emerging trends to add value to conversations and marketing plans as well as updating existing content
  • write, edit and curate content for email marketing, the website, advertising, brochures social media and other digital content
  • communicate successes and raise awareness of services through internal communication channels
  • End to end event management for in-person and virtual events.
  • Effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships through knowledge sharing and expectation management.
  • Collating, editing, updating and proofing all core marketing content.
  • Effectively measure, evaluate and present back on all marketing activity and performance measures to help inform continuous improvement.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all marketing content.

Skills

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to multitask to a high standard to meet strict deadlines.
  • Confident with an ability to manage challenging situations with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Excellent language skills and good communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Creative with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • An eye for emerging trends and a curious nature to add value to stakeholders and marketing plans.
  • Works well in a team and on their own, with an ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.
  • CRM experience (preferably InterAction or Dynamics 365) and use of HTML emailing platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of the full Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience delivering virtual and in-person events. Knowledge of ON24 and/or Microsoft Teams is preferable.
  • Ability to work both reactively and proactively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

 Qualifications

  • Degree level education in marketing or CIM qualified. We are open to candidates who do not have these qualifications, if they have proven relevant experience.
  • Previous professional services experience is desired, preferably in accountancy..
