About the Role
As a Graduate Business Advisory & Accounting Assistant, you'll join our growing Midlands team and support a wide range of clients with their accounting and tax requirements.
Alongside practical experience, you'll complete a fully funded three-year ACA training contract, providing the foundations, qualifications and tools needed to succeed in your career.
Our programme will help you develop new skills, build on existing strengths and gain exposure to a variety of exciting client projects while working towards your professional qualification.
You Will
- Assist with accounts preparation.
- Support the completion of corporation tax returns.
- Contribute to company secretarial activities.
- Assist with bookkeeping and VAT work.
- Build relationships with clients through regular interaction.
- Develop a broad range of technical and professional skills.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
- Become a key member of the team from day one.

Entry Requirements
- Minimum 2:2 degree in any subject.
- BBC at A Level (or equivalent worth 112 UCAS points).
- GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics and English Language.
Travel to client sites, Crowe offices and training events is required. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
