Not for Profit Audit Senior Associate
About Crowe
Crowe is a leading national firm offering audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services with global reach and local expertise. As an independent member of Crowe Global, one of the top 10 accounting networks worldwide, we have access to over 40,000 professionals across 140+ countries and more than 800 offices globally.
Our vision is to be a leader in our chosen markets, creating lasting value for our clients and our people and being a trusted partner in their success.
We are dedicated to driving client success, empowering our people, embracing sustainability, delivering technological change and acting in the public interest.
Our specialist NFP (not-for-profit team) is multi-disciplinary and includes audit, accounting, tax, risk management, evaluation, governance and consultancy specialists as well as grants specialists. We’ve identified a need to strengthen this award-winning team with the appointment of a Senior Associate in Audit.
As part of the team that has been named the UK’s leading charity auditor for the last 16 years running, your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients within the not-for-profit sector including charities, schools, academies, grant makers, membership organisations, professional bodies, etc.
This is therefore a great opportunity for anyone that is looking to specialise and grow within the sector – particularly if you have a passion for making a positive difference to organisations that do fantastic work in the UK. You will be working alongside experienced Partners, Directors and Managers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the not-for-profit space, whilst managing a team of auditors within a supportive and approachable environment. Your role will be challenging and varied, and you will be encouraged to take on extra responsibilities and offered excellent opportunities to quickly progress further within the firm.
We think this opportunity will suit you if you can demonstrate:
- A tangible passion for audit and/or the charities, non-profit and social purpose sector that inspires those around you – colleagues and clients alike.
- The ability to act as a role model, setting an admirable example that our firm’s talented trainees can aspire to.
- Tangible drive for delivering exceptional client service that adds value, underpinned by brilliant relationships you’ve fostered with your clients
- Aptitude in engaging with ‘the bigger picture’. Thinking outside of the remit of merely an auditor. Promoting innovation, nurturing talent, improving culture and motivating others. Setting an example others will be inspired to follow.
- Excellent team working competencies. Ultimately, Crowe is valued by its clients not because our people deliver as individuals, but because they deliver brilliantly as a team. Working collaboratively with others, whilst supporting your colleagues in a myriad of ways is crucial.
We feel that this will be a great opportunity to advance your emergent audit career in a positive environment and growing firm.
Why choose Crowe?
Whatever career you choose, whether in audit, tax, marketing or HR, we can offer you a rewarding and clear career pathway, designed to help you develop your existing talents as well as discovering new ones, positioning you to make a meaningful difference to our ever-growing and varied client base.
