Role Summary

Join a rapidly growing Consulting team at an exciting inflexion point in our journey, as we expand on our pre-eminent position within insurance and grow into broader financial services (FS). We are expanding service offerings in operational resilience and supply chain risk management both within insurance and wider FS, and are seeking an experienced consulting manager to help shape the future of our practice.

This Manager-level role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of operational resilience and third-party risk management, addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing financial institutions today. As regulatory expectations increase and supply chain complexities grow, our clients are turning to us for solutions that go beyond compliance to build genuine organisational resilience.

In this role, you'll lead transformative client engagements, working directly with senior stakeholders to design and implement operational resilience and third-party risk management solutions. You'll manage talented project teams, develop innovative solutions to complex challenges, and have the autonomy to drive successful outcomes with minimal oversight. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate evolving regulations, strengthen their operational backbone, and build robust third-party ecosystems.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of building something special. Whether you're an experienced Manager seeking a new challenge or a Senior Consultant ready to step up, you'll find opportunities here to expand your impact and develop new capabilities. You'll contribute to our thought leadership, help shape our service offerings, and play a key role in winning new business as we continue our growth journey.

This is an opportunity to join a firm where your ideas matter, your contributions directly impact our success, and your professional growth is a priority. If you're passionate about helping firms build resilience and are ready to help develop the next chapter of our practice, we want to hear from you.
