Financial Audit AI Enablement Manager
Role Overview
The Financial Audit AI Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Crowe UK’s financial audit processes. This role focuses on developing and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) and predictive analytics solutions to enhance audit efficiency, quality, and innovation. Working within the Financial Audit Data Analytics Team, this AI Specialist will lead the use of our current AI tools (Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and ChatGPT Enterprise) to deliver tailored AI solutions for real audit engagements.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development:
- Design and implement AI-enabled tools using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and ChatGPT Enterprise to support audit methodology.
- Build client-specific AI copilots and automation workflows for audit tasks such as planning, documentation, and evidence review.
Predictive Analytics & Machine Learning:
- Experiment with ML algorithms (e.g., K-Means, Decision Trees, Isolation Forest, ARIMA) for anomaly detection, risk assessment, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate predictive models into audit processes.
Audit Integration & Enablement:
- Work alongside audit teams to identify engagement-specific AI use cases.
- Document benefits, challenges, and lessons learned for each engagement.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with audit, technology, and compliance teams to align AI initiatives with firm strategy.
- Provide training and guidance to audit teams on AI tools and workflows.
Innovation & Roadmap:
- Develop a roadmap for scaling AI solutions across the audit function.
- Contribute to the creation of an AI Centre of Excellence within the firm.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Strong background in financial audit with exposure to technology-enabled audit solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise or similar.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and AI agent development.
- Awareness of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics techniques.
- Understanding of data integration and RAG pipelines.
Professional Qualification:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is desirable.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support training and onboarding of audit teams in AI-enabled workflows.
- Maintain documentation of AI processes and solutions for knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of AI solutions.
