Derby College Group (DCG) is excited to announce that we are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Teacher of Engineering. This role will be based at The Roundhouse campus. The Opportunity
You will be effectively managing learners' day-to-day learning in line with the College's objectives, inspiring both learners and colleagues by applying specific knowledge. Continuously raise retention and achievement levels, ensuring learners progress well from their starting points and meet or exceed age-related standards. Assist learners in obtaining relevant qualifications to advance to higher-level courses and occupations that meet local and national needs.

About you
You will bring outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for sharing your knowledge and experience with the next generation of engineers. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in engineering and hold at least a Level 3 qualification in the subject. Teaching qualifications are not essential—if you have the industry expertise, we will support you in gaining Qualified Teacher Status.
