Derby College Group (DCG) have a brilliant opportunity to join our team as a Placement Officer within our amazing Health and Social care team. This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse campus.

 

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Health and Social Care professionals by maintaining and developing high-quality placement opportunities. In this role, you’ll work closely with industry partners to ensure students gain valuable, real-world experience that enhances their learning and prepares them for successful careers. You’ll have the chance to build strong relationships, drive continuous improvement, and make a meaningful impact on student outcomes, ensuring every learner has access to enriching and supportive placement experiences

About you

 We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can confidently build relationships and engage with a range of stakeholders. You will be able to manage your time effectively, prioritise a varied workload, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. With substantial experience in the Care Industry, you will bring valuable sector knowledge and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You will hold a relevant Level 3 (or above) qualification and a current driving licence.
