The Opportunity
This role coordinates communications across campus and curriculum areas, ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations. You’ll provide high-level administrative support to leadership, manage resources, and maintain effective systems. From organising events and inspections to supporting strategic projects and delivering excellent customer service, you’ll play a key part in ensuring consistency and quality across the college.

About You
You’re an organised and adaptable professional with strong IT and communication skills. Experienced in busy office environments, you thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks with ease. Your customer-focused, collaborative, and confident using Microsoft Office. With a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach, you bring problem-solving skills and professionalism to everything you do. A Level 3 qualification in administration or customer service is essential.
