Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Law to join our Academic Team at the Joseph Wright Centre, delivering both A Level Law and Applied Law programmes. This part‑time maternity cover position is required to start as soon as possible and will run until May 2027.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and qualified teacher with recent experience delivering both A Level Law and BTEC Applied Law, supported by a strong track record of student achievement. You will also be confident in teaching modules across other areas of Law as required. A degree in a relevant subject is essential, along with a professional subject qualification at Level 4 or above. A Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) is required. Flexible, innovative and student‑focused, you’ll be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and making a real impact on student outcomes.
