The Opportunity
As a Team Manager for Building Services Apprenticeships, you will lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring high performance and continuous development. You will oversee the recruitment and safeguarding of apprentices and uphold outstanding achievement rates. By collaborating with curriculum partners and employers, you will drive innovative approaches to meet local needs. Your responsibilities include managing resources, budgets, and data to achieve targets, while maintaining high standards of health & safety, and continuous improvement.

You are a dynamic leader with a passion for managing apprenticeship programs. Your innovative approach and ability to inspire your team set you apart. You have a strong track record of improving quality performance and apprentice success. Your excellent communication skills and resource management abilities ensure efficiency and value for money. With a deep understanding of apprenticeship standards and curriculum developments, you are well-equipped to drive continuous improvement.
