Based: Bradford office (BD11 1DR) London Office (EC1V 2PR) with Hybrid Working
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week, permanent
Salary: £77,000 - £82,000

Our mission is to provide homes that enable people to live happy and healthy lives in enriched communities, championing inclusion and promoting accessible homes and neighbourhood's. We are making great progress and delivering significant improvements to tenants’ homes and the services we provide.
We are seeking a Head of Finance with enthusiasm and ambition to come on our exciting journey. We need a confident leader who can inspire, engage and communicate effectively at all levels. In this role you will be responsible for translating our strategic vision and supporting the operational business, providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis that enable strong decision making.
You will have experience of working in a Head of Finance capacity preferably within the housing sector and be comfortable working across the business and leadership team providing insight and challenge in a manner aligned to our corporate and people values. You will take the lead in delivering high quality financial information for all levels of the business including Committees and Board and to external stakeholders. You will work closely with our CFO to deliver comprehensive financial services, managing your team and available resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
