About the Role:

The Digital Services team are currently recruiting for a Timetable and Space Utilisation Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of Information Systems the role of the Timetable and Space Utilisation Manager is to manage the timetable for the whole of Hartpury, ensuring effective space utilisation.

The Timetable and Space Utilisation Manager will manage the Timetables team to ensure that they provide a pro-active service which meets the needs of Hartpury as a whole. The role holder will also lead on the development of timetabling within the Hartpury, including input into the Timetabling Policy, consultation with stakeholders and ensuring that it provides a positive student experience and the effective delivery of the curriculum.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, Office 365 and Teams
  • Aptitude to learn new IT systems and software packages quickly.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of timetabling within a Further and/or Higher Education context as well as using timetabling software. 
  • Understanding of how timetabling contributes to the student experience and effective space utilisation will be an advantage.
