About the Role:

  • Manage, develop and deliver our Outreach and Student Recruitment plan for both Hartpury University and Hartpury College, to maximise the recruitment of Further Education, Undergraduate and Postgraduate students
  • Bring significant experience in outreach, school liaison or student recruitment, with a genuine passion for education and student engagement
  • You will lead on Hartpury’s Widening Participation Outreach Programme, working to engage students from groups under-represented in higher education and in our specialist further education subject areas
  • Provide effective and inspiring line management to two Outreach Officers, with focus areas in student recruitment and widening participation
  • Manage a full calendar of outreach and student recruitment events and activities, strengthening partnerships with schools, colleges and relevant industry networks across the UK
  • Experience delivering inspiring presentations and activities for young people, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events.
  • Some evening/weekend work is required

 

About You:

  • You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to plan and prioritise activities
  • Strong data manipulation, analysis, report writing and IT skills
  • You are an excellent communicator, confident in delivering inspiring presentations and activities to a range of audiences
  • You will bring your passion for education and significant outreach, schools’ liaison or student recruitment experience to our award-winning team
