In this vital role, you’ll help ensure all care is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards by monitoring our Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) systems and supporting our frontline care teams.

About the Role

As an ECM Monitoring Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring care delivery using our Access and CM2000 systems. You’ll track compliance, identify discrepancies, support staff with system usage, and ensure that service users receive their care safely and punctually.

This role is well‑suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys problem‑solving and communicating with care workers and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor ECM logs, ensuring accurate clock-in/clock-out data and visit durations
  • Respond to alerts for missed, early, or late visits and take corrective action
  • Liaise with care workers regarding attendance, discrepancies, and visit queries
  • Run regular ECM performance and compliance reports for senior management
  • Support the activation and reactivation of service users on the system
  • Train and guide care workers on using the Access (ACP) and CM2000 systems
  • Assist with rota monitoring and care call planning
  • Conduct telephone monitoring with service users where required
  • Support with incident, accident, and safeguarding reporting
  • Cover urgent care visits when needed (flexibility required)
  • Participate in the On‑Call rota, providing out‑of‑hours assistance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with ECM systems (Access, CM2000) or in a busy care office
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused, and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Calm, organised, and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • A friendly, approachable manner with both service users and colleagues

You’ll follow all company and legislative health and safety standards, including:

  • Reporting hazards, accidents, incidents, or near misses
  • Following risk assessments and emergency procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring safe service user environments
  • Supporting a positive, safety‑focused workplace culture
