Salary: £28,000.00 per year (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that care worker visits reflect My Life Care’s commitment to continuity and flexibility.
- Ensure all visits take place on time and are assigned to the most suitable care workers according to clients’ needs.
- Provide care workers with all necessary and up‑to‑date information regarding client visits and company policies.
- Receive and record information from care workers—verbally and in writing—within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate care worker review meetings and team meetings, ensuring they take place as scheduled.
- Cross‑check actual visits against planned schedules to ensure accuracy.
- Support improvements in service monitoring, quality assurance, and client safety.
- Assist Care Managers in sharing daily updates, visit changes, and key information with care staff.
- Answer phone calls and text messages, take messages, and redirect communications appropriately.

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; always professional, polite, and supportive.
- Previous experience in care coordination or care services is desirable.
