Requirements

  • Strong IT proficiency and confidence using multiple software applications
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and passionate about supporting digital adoption
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to train and support colleagues with patience and clarity
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and reports
  • Previous experience supporting digital systems or IT training (desirable)
  • Experience with Access systems (People Planner, Care Planning, Care Compliance, Recruit, Screening) is an advantage
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, solution‑focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organisation
  • Trustworthy, organised, and able to manage responsibilities independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of new branches or contracts into existing systems under supervision from Head Office
  • Assist with the implementation of new IT products, system updates, and digital tools
  • Help staff maximise the functionality of IT systems, including Access People Planner, Access Care Planning, Access Care Compliance, Access Recruit, Access Screening, and others
  • Deliver tailored training sessions for new and existing staff
  • Provide one‑to‑one and group support to ensure staff feel confident using digital tools
  • Conduct data health checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with group standards
  • Audit key datasets, including finance records, staff files, and service user records
  • Validate Power BI dashboards with development teams to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with staff to optimise the use of applications and digital processes
  • Create, manage, and resolve cases within Access systems, liaising with support teams as needed
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across all system permissions and user access
  • Confirm that users only access data required for their roles
  • Attend regular meetings with Head Office, Systems Support Specialists, and the development team
  • Adjust system configurations in collaboration with Head Office when operational needs change
