We’re recruiting Extra Care Housing Support Workers for various shifts including night shifts, supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable, and reassured in their own homes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and reassurance through the shift
- Respond to call bells and emergencies
- Support with medication and night-time routines
- Monitor wellbeing and report concerns
- Complete clear records and handovers
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and patient attitude
- Reliability and confidence working nights
- Good communication skills
- No previous care experience required
What You’ll Get
