As a Care Assistant, you'll provide person-centred care and support to people in their own homes across Chester/Ellesmere Port and surrounding communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your duties may include:

• Personal care and support
• Medication assistance
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and social support
• Light household duties
• Supporting clients with shopping and appointments
