General Operative (Finisher)

We are recruiting General Operatives (Finishers) to join our team based at Howdens Work Surfaces, our solid surfaces production facility in Holme upon Spalding Moor, East Yorkshire. These roles will enable us to deliver our forecasted growth and extend our service to our customers.

This is an essential role where you will be responsible for grinding and polishing our granite and quartz to a smooth or lustrous finish using our portable grinding and polishing tools. 

Pay rate and shift pattern:

• £34,509.80 + £2,943.72 shift allowance and daily meal allowance
• Monday to Friday rotating shifts – 5:45am-2pm & 1:45pm-10pm
• Opportunities for overtime
