We are seeking a flexible and motivated Delivery Driver/Assistant Building Officer to work in the Logistics Team who sort and deliver the varied resources that Inspire provides across the whole of Nottinghamshire.
Reporting to the Senior Building Officer, the post will also assist with the day-to-day building tasks at Inspire HQ, including opening and closing the building, assisting with regular building checks, and the sorting of library stock and other items for delivery across Nottinghamshire. You will undertake van deliveries to public libraries and learning venues, and schools across Nottinghamshire, driving one of our 3.5 tonne box vans. The role also includes moving furniture and general janitorial and cleaning duties at our headquarters building as required. This is a varied role visiting various sites, working with a wide variety of Inspire services, and different teams.
A friendly and flexible approach and good organisational skills are essential, with the ability to take instruction and safely operate Inspire vehicles. A full UK driving license is an essential requirement.
Base: Inspire Headquarters, Glaisdale Parkway, Nottingham NG7 8GP
Standard working hours 10:00 am -18:00 Monday-Thursday, 10:00 – 17:30 Friday

We currently have a vacancy for an Employability/Personal & Social Development Tutor on our programme running from Worksop Library. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, outstanding individual to deliver Aim Award qualifications at entry level, L1 and L2 to young people aged 16-24 on our Study Programmes. The role also involves some delivery of Maths and English Functional Skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering education and/or training to young people and will be qualified to at least Level 3. He or she will also be expected to embed maths and English and need to be qualified to at least grade A-C/5-9 in GCSE (or equivalent L2) in these subjects.
A Level 5 teaching qualification is also desirable, although the successful candidate could be willing to work towards this and support would be given.
The role is full-time Mon-Fri 8.30 – 4.00. Term-time only can be considered.

Inspire College is keen to recruit an enthusiastic and innovative individual to lead the delivery of English across its Nottinghamshire bases.
Our study programme provides opportunities for disadvantaged young people to engage in positive activities that encourage employability and personal and social development. We also deliver vocational programmes at our larger Mansfield and Sutton-in-Ashfield sites. All learners are required to undertake courses in Maths and English unless they have already achieved a grade 4 in GCSE. Learners with a grade 3 repeat GCSE; others will take Functional Skills.
The successful candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification along with excellent subject knowledge, including experience of GCSE English Language delivery. They will possess the ability to develop constructive professional working relationships and will have excellent time management skills, being able to motivate and inspire our tutors to meet ever more challenging targets for English delivery.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday, 8.30 -4.00. Term-time only will be considered.
The role is primarily to drive quality as a subject lead and involves a substantial element of teaching. It may also, in the future, include the line management of a small team of subject specialists.

Inspire College is recruiting term-time classroom/practical Learning Support Assistants for its base in Newark for the period running to July 2026.
Inspire College works with 16 to 24 year-olds on full-time Study Programmes. Some of these learners have mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or social, emotional and mental health issues. Some can also present with challenging behaviour. While with us, learners work on their employability and personal and social development. Some complete vocational qualifications in Construction, Catering and Health and Social Care and all do Maths and English and have the opportunity to gain work experience. They also benefit from the excellent pastoral care provided by our staff and take part in enrichment activities, which can happen outside of the classroom.
The ideal candidates should have experience of developing constructive working relationships with other professionals. Additionally, they will have a good understanding of the issues facing young people in today’s society and have a positive, enthusiastic attitude in helping them overcome their barriers to education. A – C GCSE grades (or equivalent) in English and Maths are required, as is an ability to recognise and respond to the needs of young people, in turn providing the necessary encouragement and motivation needed to help them succeed.
The hours are 8.30 – 4.00, 3 days a week, Mon – Wed. Lunches are taken with and while supporting the young people. Additional days may also be available, for example supporting young people on work placement.
