Hours – flexible to cover sickness and/or gaps within the timetable on an ad hoc basis
£13.77 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to provide instructional support and mentoring to our students.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young adults (16-19yrs old) in an instructional setting, ideally teacher trained.
They will also understand the Government defined personal development topics, such as:
- British Values
- Prevent
- Radicalisation/Extremism
- Equality & Diversity
- Healthy relationships
- Physical & Mental Health
- Employability Skills
Experience of providing 1:1 mentoring /coaching of students would be advantageous along with a flexible approach to the hourly and/or daily commitments of the role.
In addition, being able to demonstrate initiative, organisational skills, attention to detail and a flexible approach to the needs of our learners will be highly advantageous.
