We're excited to announce that we're looking for an Assistant Principal for Engineering and ASI. This role will focus on driving and motivating the achievement of Lincoln College’s strategic goals and future objectives, while overseeing the strategic and operational needs of our Engineering and Air and Space programmes.

ASI is an international centre of excellence to train people to enter the air and space industry and operates in partnership with industry giants like the RAF to fill job roles for pilots, engineers and ground-crew in airlines, the military, airports and logistics companies in the UK and abroad.

The successful candidate will lead staff and students in Engineering (Aeronautical, Automotive, Mechanical and Engineering Apprenticeships) and the ASI area across all funding lines. Responsibilities will include coordinating, developing, and ensuring quality assurance in this area.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to collaborate and work with the Academy of Defence Industries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with regards to their curriculum development and delivery.

Additionally, the Assistant Principal will be tasked with delivering outstanding Learning, Assessment, and Teaching (LAT) in alignment with the college’s LAT

Strategy, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations across all aspects of the Engineering and ASI portfolio.
