Are you highly organised, detail‑driven and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, and where your work directly supports people in their homes and communities?

We’re looking for a Post Sales Services Officer to join our team and play a vital role in supporting shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders, ensuring sales, ownership changes and post‑sales processes are handled accurately, compliantly and with care.

About the role

This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our sales and homeownership services. You’ll provide both pre‑sales support to the New Homes Team and post‑sales services to homeowners, helping ensure leases, charges and ownership arrangements are managed correctly and efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

You’ll work collaboratively across the business, manage multiple cases at pace, and support customers through some of the most important moments of their homeownership journey, from purchasing and re-mortgaging to lease extensions and bereavement cases.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide post‑sales services to shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders, ensuring lease and charge requirements are met
  • Support the New Homes Team with pre‑sales activity, including valuations, price lists and monitoring sales exposure
  • Manage enquiries relating to sub‑letting, re-mortgages, lease assignments and notices
  • Lead Right to Buy and Right to Acquire cases through to completion, ensuring statutory timescales are met
  • Oversee lease extension applications from enquiry to completion
  • Grant approvals for home improvements and other works, ensuring risk is minimised
  • Produce and coordinate leasehold management packs within agreed timescales
  • Handle joint‑to‑sole tenancy approvals, affordability assessments and flexible tenure cases
  • Ensure bereavement cases are managed sensitively and professionally
  • Raise and process capital payments for development contracts accurately and on time
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all homeowners, colleagues and external stakeholders

  • Can work independently, deliver at pace and stay calm under pressure
