At Moat, we're committed to providing great homes and great customer experiences. As we continue to evolve, we're looking for two Customer Communications Officers to join our growing Communications Team and help shape the way we communicate with thousands of customers every day.

This is an exciting time to join us. We've launched a new corporate strategy, introduced our Moat Offer, refreshed our website and are preparing to launch a new repairs service. As a Customer Communications Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive clear, accessible and engaging communications that help them feel informed, respected and supported.

The role

As a Customer Communications Officer, you'll be at the heart of how customers experience Moat. You'll create and deliver customer-focused content across a range of channels, helping turn complex information into simple, jargon-free messages that customers can easily understand.

Working closely with teams across the business, you'll identify stories, support communication campaigns and use insight and feedback to continuously improve our communications.
