Expression of Interest (EOI) – Business Sector Director, Railway Operations

NRC Australia is inviting internal Expressions of Interest for the role of Business Sector Director, Railway Operations.

This position will lead the service offering across the Australian region, with responsibilities including sector technical leadership, business development support and sector mentorship. The role includes shaping, strengthening and evolving the service offering, oversight of quality, and driving targeted marketing and account plans. In addition, the position will have involvement in resourcing and recruitment to support pipeline growth, provide subject matter expertise across billable projects, and ensure the successful delivery of consultancy contracts.

The position is open to current Band 1 candidates only. Please note that there is a preferred internal candidate identified; however, we are opening this EOI process to ensure a fair and transparent approach to other candidates that may not have been identified for consideration.
